Yes Jackie - unlike the Americans to quote different dates for the same days.

aren't you clever, well done

Thanks for popping the link, I always like to watch the video! The whippets are so so different to the majority of ours - hmmm very interesting

Westminster is a rather sad topic, because it is the anniversary of when Bohem's C'est La Vie (Vivi) went missing at the airport after the show.

I don't think anyone knows what happened to her?

Thanks for the link, I thoroughly enjoyed watching the video

What on earth is with all the throwing bait round the ring though    (w00t)

I know! Monty will hopefully be attending his first show in a few weeks time (if he looks anywhere near old enough  )

I can imagine what he'd do if I did that!

He'd be doing somersaults at the end of the lead, it would look more like a circus than a dog show and he'd look more like a clown than a show dog! :clown:

I'm sure I'll just look rubbish no matter what poor Monty looks like

Can anyone tell me what's wrong? Every time I press play on the video clip it only shows me a little tiny piece of the clip and then stops. It's getting a little bit more each time but at present I've only seen the first six dogs in double the amount of times I've pressed play!

Most annoying.

I just left it to load , first part is about dogs home ,rescue . Then it went on to play the vid .

Hope this helps

Nah I didn't get that bit - it went straight to whippets but will only play up to a certain point each time and stops. Then each time I press play I get just an eensy weensy bit more. I'm up to the actual table judging now - have seent the first two dogs about eight times. :- "

does anyone know who the black and white dog is?

I never heard on k9 that they actually found her ... lots of sightings but I don't know if they ever recovered her.

A friend of mine's dog went missing from his yard recently (the dog is very close to my heart) and after losing Pippin in 2005 in a similar manner and no trace of her at all you can imagine what sort of state I was in for my friend and for a dog I love. But then after four days of heartbreak and worry and people searching for him all over town, he miraculously turned up at home. There was much whooping and hollering and tears of joy in this house I can tell you!

I think I have done this correctly and should be a link to the results and breed videos when judging is competed.  If not then I'm giving myself 10 out of 10  for trying

Jenny

 thanks so much for putting Westminster Show on the K9, I have enjoyed viewing my breeds (Whippets, Greyhound & Ibizan)

hope I still have a computer when I get home from work as I let all the dogs inside under the airconditioning at lunch time, it's 40 degrees here in Port Pirie, Sth Australia today.

-_- The dogs are normally fairly good and will sleep all afternoon.

Cheers,

Anne.
