No your totally right with the greyhounds not sure about whippets, the racing fraturnity put the bull blood in as they were getting to fine and if i am not mistaken as well on this matter i think saluki blood was put in the greyhounds too, to produce the stayers :thumbsup:Hi - I have a lurcher (now 13) who is a greyhound x bordercollie. If that is the case then why are we now seeing so many lurchers that are bull x's? They really do not fit the classic lurcher look!

Now i may be wrong but i have always been led to believe if you follow the blood lines back havnt most if not all greyhounds and whippets got bull blood in them ?
