I have mellowed in the past 40 or so years of showing whippets. But I still like the old days, like the time I was in aline up for res. cc. I held the dogs 2 hock together with one hand & suported the weight of the dog with the other. The judge promptly came over & asked what on earth are you doing that for. I replyed with "trying to make my dog look like the CCwinner." 8) On leaving the ring the judge told me never do that in her ring again. Again came a classic reply," Thats no problem, I will never enter under you again, & my Mum said if I always told the truth I would not get into trouble." :D

Oh, to 16 again.......................... :(
   That is hilarious... I wouldn't be quick enough to think of doing something like this, let alone have the balls to actually do it!

JAX... same reply as above to you (w00t) Hilarious!

Lana, it's not a case of lying down & accepting it & letting the judge get away with it - you just pick your battles. At the end of the day, the judge is quite clearly an idiot and that will come back & bite him/her in the arse one day. The wee black book is the best investment, it is SO FRUSTRATING, but just not worth getting to riled up about, at the end of the day, you know who the real loser is and it aint E2!
