I keep getting flood control message when it's the first post?
 
I just got a reply so obviously the messages are still being sent? :w

That's 'cause the server just knows what a blabber mouth you are Mark so it's getting in the message first. It just knows that you are going to flood the board with comments. :D

All seems ok now. I wasn't messing but it sounds like the mail from the server had a slight problem.

Let me know if you get further problems.

I've just tried a test post in a test forum & had no problem. Let me know if you get further problems.
 
Nigel odd things are still happening. I got the same error message as Vicky after I posted to the board this morning. So reposted got the error message again. But both posts were accepted and on the board.

I also got something like a flood control message after posting 1 reply.

OK, thanks.

I'll pass the problem onto the host - As far as I can tell it's their email handling that's causing the problem.
