When I click on it, a message is displayed re flood control, yet I haven't clicked on anything for at least two minutes before.

Is it just me or is everyone getting this?

I did notice that a lot of pages kept timing out for me this afternoon......

edited to say that it shouldn't be the pc, as I am using a super fast new one at work :- " (w00t) 8)
