Not to scrape my wheel trims on kerbs .............. so watch out everybody I am going to only drive down the middle of the road from now on and park about 6' away from the kerb!!! (Bit like my neighbour opposite! (w00t) )

Isn't this against the rules of K9. I will not reply in the same manner but just wish you peace and joy and Health for the new year. My post's are just mischief and to give one something to talk about, I didn't realise they would bring out such hostile post's as yours. I feel hurt and wounded, I think an oppoligy is required here my friend. I have owned Whippets and Alsatians for the last 48 years and the only unfriendly people I have come accross are some Germanic GSD breeders and now Yourself.

Dear Jax,

Yet another insult in your post, Tell me How long does one have to own Whippets to be considered a Whippet Person. After 48 yrs I think I have served my apprenticeship. Go to the data banks on K9 and look up a dog called Black maria. He was sired by a dog called RCH haymaker and RCH She'll Do. Haymaker was sired by a Pedigree dog called Wishy Was. Also take a look at many other non pedigree dogs and you'll find pedigree dogs bred into them. These are the honest folk that actually say their dogs are not true Pedigree's, but I can tell you names of quite a few who have not been so honest. I will not divulgue who they are . I know hundreds of folks that are honest but it takes but one dishonest person and the pedigree is ruined. I once put my dogs into Kennels to go on Holiday. 6 months later I was approached by someone that needed me to sign a registration certificate. The kennel owner had used my dog without my knowledge. I took them to court and won damages and they were punished by the local council as well. It happens

I would say everyone on this list is as honest as the day is long, but it takes just one wrotten apple.

As a Whippet person myself I won't have non pedigree dogs on my premises, but I know those that do. I have been around longer than you think, just been doing other things and not in your circle.

Pommies & ashes, We could have a dog show & the winner gets the ashes. Oz V Pommland. "The battle for the Ashes". Or "The Battle for the Sashes". The Sashes from the first show get burnt & we show for them. Save a packet each year on new sash's.

I also hear that (another Pom) Garry Glitter wants his ashes put into toys. That way little children can play with him. :lol: :blink: :- " :b 8) :rant: :x
