My Twiglet is 8 months old.

She is approx the same length as my big Whippet boy who is 5 yo but she is very dinky in height.

When will she be fully grown?

i thought it was 7-8 months but im no expert

I thought it was more 12 to 18 months actually, but I don't think Molly has grown much since she was 9-10 months

I think it depends very much which lines they come from.

3 of my Whippets all come from basically the same lines & they've all grown an extra 1 1/4 " to 1 1/2" from 6 months to a year.

For example Evie at 6 months measured 17 1/4" at a year she'd grown to 18 1/2"

Hope this helps

Whippet bitches usually stop growing when they have their first season, but this can vary a great deal. If she is longer than your other one she may well grow on some more. Does she still have little knobbles on her knees? This a sign that the leg bones have not finished growing.
