At last I understand the difference between a matingale collar and a limited slip collar. Now, I need to know the purpose of each collar.

I thought the martingale was for dogs whose heads were larger than their necks and could not wear a limited slip? Is a limited slip collar meant for discipiline/correction?

I have no idea whether this link to a previous topic of mine will work, but I am hoping that it will show how the collar is "limited" as to how much it will tighten :b
