My old girl Jenna has reached her 15th birthday - we thought we had lost her 2 years ago when she had a series of strokes - but she's a tough old bird, and although we never thought she would - she has made it to her 15th birthday :cheers:

This was her in her younger days, when although show bred, she decided she didn't like showing - and became a different dog when we took her racing. She loved her racing, and it got us hooked too.

So here's to Jenna - the whippet who hooked us on racing :cheers: Happy Birthday my little treasure.

Thank you all for your good wishes - Jenna went skipping up the garden when we came home from Gloucester - full of beans, I think she must have known it was a special day. We can't spoil her too much because she gets a bad tummy, but she did have a sort of special tea tonight.

You're right Judy we still always remember Lucy on Jenna's birthday too, as they were sisters, but unfortunately we lost Lucy due to a long illness just before her 7th birthday So we had a drink or two to her in the pub today too :cheers:
