Does anyone know of a good dog sitter/boarder in the Leeds area. Am going away for the weekend and can't take the whippie. My partners sister usually has him but she has just had an operation and cant do it this time. Hes 9 months old and a very good well behaved boy. thanks all

I have used My Pet Stop which is near Morley, they have really nice kennels, a bit pricey but you can go and visit and have a look round. I've been to their training classes there too which are good.

I also know of a lady who does pet sitting, she has been to look after my small pets (guineas and mice) several times when I've been on my hols and she is very good. She also does dog walking and dog sitting, she was going to be looking after my dogs next year when I have a wedding to go to but we are taking them with us now! What area of Leeds are you in? PM me if you want her number - she is based in East Ardsley.

I'm glad you found someone as I don't think this lady would go as far as north leeds, she probably only covers south leeds/wakefield.
