Could some kind member send me the e-mail address of a supplier of whippet coats and collars. What is members opinion of half-choke collars? Are theses known as "martingdale" collars. Ch. Un Gentleman du Manoir de la Grenouillère had one of these collars when he spent 4 days with us last late summer. It seems that the use of this type of collar prevents a whippet from slipping his collar. This is important where there is traffic about. Thankink you for your help. Happy New Year to all. If you go to The Market Place on this forum you will find Coat and Collar contacts - My Whippet has a Citycroft Coat (or two) which are made to measure fit superbly and are very reasonably priced compared to shops.

City Croft coats are good, see the market place on here. Or msweathermax on ebay, coats for K9's....

Martingales look nice, I use a nice embroidered one for "best" got it from Juley on here.... it looks pretty. I just use a regular leather whippet collar for day to day use though.
