Sounds very reasonable to me. There is just one thing though, I did not see any mention of dewclaws. There is mention of declawing and defanging, but isn't that what is done to cats in the USA so they would not scratch peoples' furniture? I never before heard removal of dewclaws to be refered to as declawing.
