Hi all just seen this beautiful boy looking for a home. He is in a dog rescue kennels near Leeds. If anyone wants a new or extra whippy have a look he looks gorgeous. It breaks my heart, any dog in a dogs home breaks my heart but a whippy just feels worse http://www.ponderosa.org.uk/dogs.htm (Cant do technology can someone make this a link please x) If anyone wants him but needs any help I live in Leeds and would be pleased to help.

i'm presuming he is a boy maybe mitch is a girls name they don't provide any details

Also to my knowledge with these kennels you just turn up and buy the dog and take it away. They don't vet you or anything. So he could end up going to goodness knows who.

Thats exactly what I was going to say and I haven't even looked at the link yet I am nearby but can't have any more dogs. I know of 2 people who have got dogs from this kennel and I can't say that I am impressed.

He reminds me a lot of my Lenny, I really want another too but we just can't afford it at the moment.

Just to say i spoke to the kennels and the whippet has now found a home with someone who is mad on whippets...so i think it has a happy ending x
