Whippet not pregnant?

My whippet has been mated 3 times. Twice with a friends dog and once with a reputable breeder. We don't think that she is pregnant this time neither. Has anyone heard of infertile whippet? She will be 3 years old in January 2015.
 
Yes it is possible that she's infertile,more she might ovulate earlier or later than you are mating her.
