I raced a little bitch years ago...she was only about 18" a very petite little non pedigree whippet lines ...My next boy was a Pedigree and was around 19/20" another quite small boy, I didnt race or show him.

The 3 I have now are all dogs from show Pedigree lines...Oscar is a whopping 22 and half inches....Archie his son is about 21 inches now and Kobi is the smallest at about 20". I dont show them but have quite fancied a go at lure coursing

Oscar is a midget Janis...my Star is 23 inches (w00t) and we shant mention how many lbs :- " :b

Give them a go at lure coursin they'll love it 8)

Thanks Rae, Ive always been under the impression hes huge...

huge for what I might ask though.. ..I love him all the same...just I hate it

when people I meet on walks say...'Oh is he a whippet....hes a bit big for a whippet isnt he??...

Stars litter brother is as tall as she is so shes not the only 'tall' whippet. People ask me if she is a greyhound, I suppose she does look huge next to Supe & Holly who are 18.5 inches - anyway I dont care, to me she's perfect.
