could anyone out there tell me where i can get hold of a starting trap? and how much it would cost? cheers for your help,Dougie.

hey-we agree tank is lovely and we will post some photos soon but back to the subject-starting traps-all clubshave them-so where do they come from and what do they cost?

It depends on what type of trap you may need. If you just want one for training it may be worth your while of going to the local club and taking measurements and having one built out of wood by a good D.I.Y. man. Strong plyboard on a wooden frame has its advantage of being far more portable for field work and with a good coat of preservative will last and last, mine is 12 years old and still in A1 condition.

New metal ones come at a high price unless you are or know a sheet metal worker and they are normaly heavy and hard to transport about. :cheers:
