Do they like wearing them?

My whippies seem to hate coats (fleece) they wriggle around as if their hairs are catching and they are not comfortable. The only coat that works is one that Jo and Rachel made that has a silky furry lining on the inside. It is huge on Foxy but she is the one who needs it most.

If I could sew, I would buy some more of the silky fur and make some up but I was born with 2 left hands when it comes to sewing.

If anyone wants to offer to make whippet housecoats for me I will find some of this fabric and post it to them but be warned, my whippets are not 'one size fits all'

Just PM me and let me now how much fabric per coat and renumeration.

Don't they all look gorgeous and those little iggys look so cute. Tilly and Gracie are snuggled in theirs tonight but Gracie's been a bit of a mare and chewed one button off which I shall have to sew back on - that will take me as long as it took Wendy to knit three of them. On a sad note, Pip didn't get to wear her coat, it arrived the day after she died.

I have had my fisrt knitting free day in weeks everyones eather got or the jumpers are on there way. So pleased I got everyones done for xmas and everyone seasm happy with them
