White blobs in pee

Hi, I wondering if you know about this, today I noticed that Abril’s pee turn after a couple seconds with a cloudy white liquid, and near from the first pee another pee with white blobs.

Anybody can help me? I checked a similar post and they said that was a chemical reaction (after vet checked that everything was ok) but I want an update information.

If that was my dog, I think I'd send the photo to my vet.
