This happened a couple of days agobut I never gave it a thought until someone at the park said a similar thing
I decided to take William out to Stoke the other day .We walked into Stoke and to the market and the small car boot sale they have there . Just before reaching the market we passed a woman with about 5 chidren as we went passed them, I think she was stuggling with so many kids, the woman looked up and said to the kids.....
Oh look have you seen the women with the pony!!!
Ijust looked back and smiled and she said...
Sorry it's just a big dog.
I never gave it another thought and we carried on with our walk .Then 2 days ago i took William and Owen (whippet) to the local park and a child said
That dog's more like a pony
I know he's a big lad and a lot bigger than the greyhounds that most people recognise I also know someone who has a shetland pony that is smaller than him but you would have thought people could tell the difference between a dog and a pony. I'm now thinking of putting a sighn on his head saying
Yes I'm a dog
