Just wondered if the coursing will be judged using "gates" or on the dog's ability to course?

Woo Hoo!!!! We have ourselves an 8 dog stake!!!! (w00t)

judging will be on coursing ability not gates!

Can you e mail with your own and dogs names please so I can keep track of you all! Peddi or pet names I dont mind which you want to use.

would loved to have attended this but the boss has spoken. hope to make the next one as have really missed coursing. :(

Sadly we won't now be able to make it tomorrow. Hope you still get enough whippets for a whippet stake. Enjoy the day everyone and hope you stay dry :)

That's a shame Annie, because I have just logged on to let Amanda know that I can't get there either :(

Sox and Irie are both carrying minor muscle pulls and I don't want to risk running them and Poacher is coming into season (w00t)

Ah well ............ hopefully we can both make it next time :)

So sorry, Amanda ...... I hope we will be able to get up to you for the next one. Good luck to everyone and I hope you have a great day

Oh what ashame you both carnt make it, if theres no other dogs booked in we will give it a miss too.

Hopefully amanda will see this before tomorrow and let me know .

No Amanda did see it until she rtnd from coursing this afternoon. I was told by people there about it, so we didnt hold racing up waiting for you, Though I was quite anoyed  as it was youselves that requested Whippet Coursing in the 1st place! I know you cant help injuries and season but you could have notified me earlier in the week!

I am very sorry, Amanda, but I wasn't aware that my dogs were carrying injuries until Friday so my decision was made on Saturday. They are the sort of injuries which are not apparent unless a qualified canine masseuse discovers them, which is what happened.

I am glad to hear you had a good day and would like to think I could attend the next event

Apologies from me too but like Jane I was very much looking forward to this and only pulled out reluctantly at the 11th hour, in my case primarily because my mother in law, who is almost 80 and quite frail, had had a fall and needed visiting (she lives 2 hrs north of us, Worcester is 2 hrs south of us). In the event we didn't get to see her either today as the shower fell off the bathroom wall this morning and it's taken most of the day to sort out the aftermath. All in all it's been one of those weekends :(
