Hi, I'm new to this forum, and would like info on the Worcester day-where / times/ do I have to be a member????I have looked at the WRC website but can't find any info....am happy to be emailed?

Introducing myself, I have always had lurchers, and was hoping to race my last pup but unfortunately he contracted meningitis at a year old and died very suddenly. This was in March of this year.

However, i have now just recently got myself a lovely 2 yr old whippet (no papers) and he's a great dog, so would like to start doing stuff with him. Any advice would be gratefully recieved- I have always shown and worked my dogs but never attended race meetings, and hope to get into it with this chap-thought worcester might be a good place to start, as its fairly local for me.

Many thanks in advance!

ps/ I live in glos.

It has also been suggested that we run TERRIERS at this event, so anyone interested, come along. you must be booked in by 11.00 am

worcester witch will cast a spell for a dry day

Not very often we get snow in Worcester as surrounded by hills which protects us. Little more concerned about frost, which we have had most days this week.

5 day weather forecast states -1 Sunday am so expect a frost but SUNSHINE for Sunday day.

Weigh in up to 11.00 am by time Ive done draw and payout racing expected about 12.00ish so plenty of time from the sun to shine and the frost to be out of the ground before the dogs race.

If anything changes will keep you all informed
