Very suspicious

I wonder if this is some sort of variation on the e-mail scams that have been going around, where people are offered pups but then (surprise surprise) asked for money up front for vaccinations, then more money for transport, etc. Pups, of course, don't exist.

I'd report it to the site host as an obvious scam.

I did send a message to the site expressing my suspicions, didn't get any reply

I'm not sure how to notify the site host as opposed to the moderator of a particular website (say for instance I had a complaint about the whole k9community website rather than about a couple of new posters who are abusing it advertising weight loss and other medications)
