Thank-you to everyone who has entered and donated to this Open, I am over the moon with the entry that has been recieved. The draw has been done tonight and I can now inform you , we have 124 Whippets booked in with a total of 84 races. Jayne Enser-Wood & team, who are doing a fantastic job in re-homing, fostering and general care of Whippets in need, are totally overwhelmed with the response for the Open.

Thanks for Doug & Steffi's help with the draw .

As for the weekend, we have the Karaoke/disco booked, marquee for putting up ( those coming Good Friday (w00t) )ready for Saturday night. Catering Van for Sunday + a few other stalls to wonder round. Of course the Tombolla and an Original "Spoonbag" ( a definate must for us Girls :* )

Wow indeed Finalez, this is outstanding. Sadly for me it was confirmed today that my other half will have to work through Easter so I won't be able to camp as I'd hoped but I will definitely be there on Easter Sunday to hopefully see some great racing and get to meet you all. Thanks very much to everyone for doing all this for Scruples, its so appreciated!

Judy...........EVERYGIRL would love a Spoonbag :wub: . Gotta see it to appreciate it,no two are the same and not many have been made (2 so far), Sue Evans has the first and keeps it VERY close to her at race meetings 8) . I have had the privilage of seeing the second, it will be raffled ( by ticket, not Ians Whippet) on the Sunday for ONE lucky winner :sweating: , I personally would love to own it ( clue........... its NOT for carrying spoons in, but made by one ), hope that helps :teehee:
