Trails today, expecting rain but a dry breezy chilly morning

first up was Perkins the Jack Russell who really belives hes a whippet (he makes as much noise at the lure as one!)

next was the four lurchers, Sym, Angus, Torin and Kade. (Good to see Syms ok after pulling a nail the other week)

after was Mark & Andreas Louie, his trapping has greatly improved the last few weeks so one to watch out for later in the year?

Scholes turn next, Toria was home from Uni this weekend and she had been given strict instructions by Nick how to run him (I would have told him he should have been there to race him himself) but it was brill to see Pauline at the end of the track ragging him on (1st time since we lost Roo at Devon she's gone to the very end of the track to race a dog)

Hand slip next for Ted, with Andrea at the end with her heart in her mouth this pup gave her his best, (Sorry Mark he runs better to her than you) C U Next week Andrea?

Faolen then decided to chase the lure until he thought a Terrier over on the footpath was more fun, he soon came back to his mum with his tail between his legs when the terrier told him off.

New dog/pup on the track today was Marbles, having a look and first time being slipped behind the lure, he wasnt sure what to make of chasing a plastic bag but with a bit more training we should get there.

Sad news also from Worcester is that Andy Yeomans lurcher 'Tigger' has died, Tig or the Kempsey Flyer as he was nicknamed came to one of Worcester lurcher coursing events after seeing it advertised in the local paper, he won the coursing that day and went on to win many races and events since. Sire to Tommy, Sammy, Pippa and Marbles, Tigger was an allround star, wether working, racing or coursing he held his own with the best. RIP Tig

Thanks for results  and lovely to read Paulines back on the track

Enjoyable chilly morning at Worcester, I hope you've got a spare terrier to tie on the lure for Faolan next week
