sonny is still sleeping he will try to get up then goes back to sleep

elaine been to the vets and he told her sonny will be alright. i think its taking to long for him to come around

good news he has had a little walk around :thumbsup: about 10pm and he has had some more chicken getting better thank everyone :))

We have never know indy be out like that infacet when she had her plaster taken off xray and plint put on yestraday she came charing out allmost running. shes had 5 anathetics now and the most shes been groggy is 3 hours.

make sur the vets make a note of whats happend and allway mention it incase of another anathetic hlad hes feeling better now

Glad he is better, than he was, but it still doesnt sound right he should take so long to come round :eek:
 
Really glad to hear he's getting better. I think we were all getting really worried :(

Give him a hug from us. Actually he'd probably prefer extra chicken :D

Glad Sonny is on the mend. :huggles: It does seem that he's took a long time to recover especially as he's only had an x-ray which I would of thought he would of received a relatively low dose of anaesthetic agent? Some animals are hyper and excitable after anaesthesia others are tired and groggy but Sonny seems to have struggled excreting the anaesthetic and I myself would be inclined to enquire with the vet further on this incase he has a need in the future that requires deeper analgesia.

Hope he's feeling much better today. :luck:
