Well, we got back last night after a VERY long journey home; we got stuck in the snow 50 miles south of Glasgow when the M74 was closed due to lorries jack-knifing. We had to sit in the car for over 3 HOURS   !!!! I thought poor Zoomie was going to die of hypothermia so I put all his coats on him and we stuck him up our jumpers - he was roasting :b  :huggles: We had plenty of blankets and food in the car so we just had a wee picnic! soooo cold tho :teehee:

The funniest part was when I needed to pee and had to go in the snow between two cars - Zoomie didn't even need and was very huffy that I put him down in the snow. He was brilliant - he stayed so calm in the car... he was fantastic

I was panicking that we might be stuck there all night but slowly the road cleared and the rest of the drive was not quite so scary! (Apart from the last 200metres to my friend's house which was buried in 3foot drifts (w00t) )

Anyway we had a fantastic weekend   It was lovely to meet everyone again  .... and so many gorgeous Iggies :huggles:

We didn't get a photo of Zoomie in the ring which was just as well as he behaved like a spoilt little baby; he wouldn't stand still, he WHINGED at the top of his voice with indignation at the very thought of standing still and tried to climb into my lap when he was on the table :(

So I forced him to watch the judging and here is Liz and Alice (2nd in line) showing us all how it should be done.....

So here's the naughty boy on his new blue 'paws' beddy looking as if butter wouldn't melt.... :p So much for show nerves - he looks like he's just won the whole shebang!!!! (w00t)

And now he's all ready for bed in the Lancaster travel-lodge - expecting us to sleep on the floor of course...

(no Jan, of course I don't spoil him... o:) )

(w00t) And what did I spend my pocket-money on???

BLING for my boy.... and the matching lead has diamonds on it too... (w00t)

nothing too good for the Zoomster...

So here he is home... posing for Scotland among his loyal followers Zinzin and Phoenix (who actually think he's an annoying little twerp (w00t) )

I  Zoomie!

3 hours!we were stuck in our car one year going to crufts for 27 hours! (w00t) i kid you not!hardly anyone got through that year yet they still did the judging and despite the lowest entries ever tickets were still awarded.we thought theyd cancel it and have it another week!it was sooooo embarrassing going for a pee in a dog bowl and then emptying it out in the snow.the police came round and said there'd be emergency services round later with blankets and hot drinks.yeah right!they never came.eventually snow ploughs got through and dug us all out.it was a nightmare.anyway zoomie looks fab in his new bling collar. he sits there with an expression that says 'cos im worth it!' 8)

(w00t) (w00t) Nooo..tell me you didn't really do that....

Bloody hell 27 hours.......we don't get snow like that anymore......and I thought 3 hours was bad for Fiona and Zoomie.

You all deserve medals.......!

It's great seeing an Iggie line up!! Zoomie looks lovely in his diamonds.

We got stuck in snow a few years ago coming back from Inverness. It took 17 hours to get back to Leicester - 8 of which were from Inverness to Edinburgh - with a hyperactive and very bored GSD in the back!! (w00t)

Oh well now that's really done it! Miss Midnight has seen Zoomie's new collar and said that is EXACTLY what she wants and shouldn't she have one seeing as she made such a spectacular debut this weekend?

She also said Zoomie looks a SUPER HOT HONEY in that. She's gone weak at the knees. :b

Love the line up shot ! Excellent.
