Hi all, This is my 4 month old puppy Yogi
I was told he is a pure Pomeranian but I am not to sure.....I've been told he looks like a chi, or a German spitz, or a pomchi but not pure pom. I honestly don't care what he is because he is adorable, a right character and so loving, but I am curious of your opinions.

Thanks all

No idea and if you love him the way he is its not that important.
What is a worry is the idea that you have been sold (and paid for) a dog as a pure bred dog and its not. Did you get papers or any written evidence from the breeder?

I wondered about pom x JRT - his eyes don't look chi to me. He's certainly cute though.

His does seem to have shorter hair than a Pom but I don’t know if that’s because he’s still young?

He’s soooooo cute though!!!

Our friend bought a pom puppy that looked like a chihuahua until she was 12 months and then she blossomed into a beautiful pom ...

Unfortunately not. He is a right character, such a comical personality.

We shall see as he starts to grow, he's going through the "puppy uglies" as they call it now. So hes losing his puppy fur. Still as cute as ever

I thought the same. When I first got him as a pup he was a little fluffier now he's losing his puppy fur so looks skinny and a little scruffy lol

He won’t be in full coat till he’s about 12-MO, & if that falls in summer (don’t know where U live), his coat won’t be as thick, nor will the ruff be as full as in winter.

If he has no pedigree or registration, he won’t be bred, correct?
So his “purity” isn’t important, only his personality & behavior. :) If he’s loving & curious & friendly, active & healthy, who cares about purity? :D

Trust me I really don't care what he is. He's a perfect little boy for my family and other dog, it's just that curiosity of what people think. He really does have a comical personality. Couldn't wish for a better pup
