What beautiful pups they are - they must have been tired - that's a big walk for such little girls.

you know what it looks a big walk but i cheeted and i drove up :- " itakes about 10mins to get to where i was from the car, (well takes me about 30 as you get stopped by everyone and also walking pups pace as they like to have a run and jump in the grass.

the aim is by xmas to get all the way to the top, but im in no rush lol.

You have Arthur's seat up there and we have Tintagel and Arthur's castle down here in Cornwall :D Maybe when all the Emmets have gone home I should drive over and get some pics to add to yours?.......... Arthur got about a bit, didn't he :lol:

yes you should, arther was a giant who used the hill as his seat, it wouldnt have taken long for him to walk down to cornwall, so im not surprised he has other places named after him :D

There are loads of piccies (not a complaint...we love to see photos!), but the last 4 really stand out for me. Very nice. :thumbsup:

I visited Edinburgh for the 1st time last November (birthday celebration). I loved it!! I remember seeing Arthur's Seat...(well you can't miss it can you? :p ) from the castle, and on a bus tour round the new Scottish Parliament building near to Holyrood Castle.

Lovely city!! And lovely whippets too :wub:

it is a lovely city, and its a shame when you live there you dont bother to visit all the nice places, you know i have never been up to the castle :oops: and iv lived here my whole life :b

thats a cracking pic, i think i was up the other side though, as i couldnt see the castle, had to stop when i was driving back down and take the castle pic lol
 
the lovely Nicky with Stan the man and his girls took me walking round there a couple of months ago, it's simply stunning :wub: wish i lved in Edinburgh :wub: my dogs would be permenantly knackered :lol:
