I wasn't there (although if it had been scheduled for Weyhill I would have!) but well done for actually being able to put on some racing!
Harvel - along with other clubs had to cancel
A big congrats to Dave & Sandra on Markamy's Black Bentley gaining his half coat
I don't know...
Me crutch is fine - thanks for asking
The Dob's gearbox however is critically ill (w00t)
Have hired a rather nice Insignia for this week - I doubt they'd appreciate me installing three whippets on the back seat though :teehee:
Iv'e got to say - I have won BETTER prizes in the past - soap-on-a-rope and a pink purse are just 2 that spring to mind!
However, in defence of us men who like to keep ourselves in shape .... round IS a shape!
*Gulp* I didn't know Vicki was a K9er
However - I know she still loves me coz she told me so :-
And you married men can jog on :p :p :))
On to the competition - definitely Weyhill. But is it the Charity Open or the Summer one - weather suggests the latter ... yes?
Ubi Ace is a favourite of mine, but I think he will be outclassed here. In theory Grumeti should beat Baby Mix again, but BM could have more improvement in him than Grumeti - a wide open race - good luck!
In my opinion too :)
Ok - what have we started here ...... my choices for each race are:
1-30 Grumeti
2-05 Raya Star
2-40 Sea Of Thunder
3-20 Kauto Star
4-00 On The Fringe
4-40 Dan Breen
5-15 Bellvano
Sea of Thunder on paper shouldn't be able to beat Boston Bob. Luckily they don't run...
Thanks both - been a great day - I also backed Sir Des Champs at 6-1 last night - my best ever Cheltenham! 2 winners on Tuesday but nothing yesterday was fearing the worst :)
I was sorely tempted by Niceonefrankie - not influenced in anyway by my whippet Frankie of course :-
However - I have gone against him with Salut Flo.
Riverside Theatre for the Ryanair and Midnight Appeal in the lucky last :luck:
And although Big Bucks can't lose - I've had a sneaky ew on...
Hoping for better weather this weekend! See you Sunday :)
PS: Billy says can he please not have to give the flying Bentley a 2 yard start this time (w00t)
And Frankie says he WILL - and still win - but he does do a LOT of talking in his sleep!
You left at the right time Chris - a LOT of slippy slidy stuff later :)
And as I got home there was snowflakes as well as rain!
And today is sunny - only in England
