lots time handicaps where run in the 70s , all dogs timed on the day, not allowed to find more than i think 1 or 2yds , made a good days racing it was harder to pick the winners than it is at yds/lbs, it maybe something to think about to run the bigger dogs this way
B.W.R.A & NNWRF . if the w stands for whippet then should not the dogs that are raced have the bigger percentage of whippet blood to be termed a whippet,
i put my name on the post its MICK , the reason non ped racing is in decline is because nobdy knows what they are doing, get some advice before taking action then you know what the repercussions may be if any. mick

why not send out a voting for asking members if they want the bellwood issue passing onto the police, if solicitors are being involved from one side do what you should have done in the first place and report a crime and let the C.P.S deal with it ,if they are convicted of a crime then ban...
if you run under 21" dogs you are most unlikely to get dogs much bigger than 35lbs these will resemble whippets more than some of the larger scratch dogs do, so the over 21" heavier dogs can be run in an classes of 5lbs or 10lbs or just one scratch over 21" .mick
