Well done tipsy, Andy and Anna - lovely pups.  Sorry to hear you didn't get your girl.
I have to agree with previous posts - you were meant to have a dog - she now produced 14 for you to choose from - you have to keep one this time.
All the best with raising the...
Since I can't have a whippy at the moment :( I may try a twist arm of hubby to get a tank ;) . I do love your spotty catfish. One problem, I got a pond in autumn and haven't finished that project yet and I've been advised strongly NOT to put a cold water pond catfish in - they are meant to...
As far as I know it's not been advertised as back on TV and it's changed days.
First showing was 23rd Feb (14/25 - can still be seen on web for another 5 days) and there's the next episode tomorrow night on BBC3 (15/25) I assume it also showing next monday on BBC2.
sorry to butt in but as someone who doesn't actually own a dog at the moment I can't stand beside my 'perfect dog' nor shrink away at the thought of my 'not so perfect' dog.
I found the whole thing probably a bit funny and a bit embrassing on both sides. It's quite embrassing when your dog...
Hi Everyone
Thanks very much for all your advice.
When I do get a Whippet I will be hopefully getting a pup and plan to take it to training sessions from an early age. I have some bad memories of our family pet dog as she was a rescue dog and the rest of my family weren't as keen as me in...
Sorry bit of a newbie - hope I'm not intruding on this post (no whippet at present)
I really really want a whippet but I'm really confused whether i should or not as I don't want it to come to harm or cause anyone else harm.

Hi

Hi
I too would love a whippet and have done for some time now. Unfortunately my present lifestyle doesn't suit a whippet. and a whippet would be very unhappy living with me :'(
If no one has pm'd re a litter, I'd sell yourself to the breeders on the site a bit more proving that you are...
Hi
I'm from Surrey too... not seen snow like today for nearly 20 years. I only have non-furry family to enjoy the snow with at present (schools shut so no work) - had a great walk in the country side saw a lovely whippet out on a walk with a nice warm coat. Also bumped into a young retriever...
Hi
I spend my life at moment on this site dreaming of the day I am able to go ahead and get a pup. If you follow the posts you will see people who have just had a litter or a mating. I haven't ventured further to know if these pups are taken way before the mating but it may be worth PMing them...

I'm just browsing this site at present I'd love a pup right now but I work long hours and would have little time for him (dog free home at present). I need to sort my life out first!! So I'm spending all my time...
