i know, they had ones with go-faster stripes to lol

the shop we got the tank from wanted £30 for their catfish (slightly bigger than ours)

but we got him out of pets at home for £11 i think

debbie, no, no names as yet, i think jumper was metioned for one of the frogs but no nothing concrete, i will keep you informed though :clown:

Since I can't have a whippy at the moment :( I may try a twist arm of hubby to get a tank ;) . I do love your spotty catfish. One problem, I got a pond in autumn and haven't finished that project yet and I've been advised strongly NOT to put a cold water pond catfish in - they are meant to eat anything with a pulse.

YES...... A tank then whippy later :- :-

I bought my eldest son Craig a blue crayfish for his tank a few years ago and it was about 3 inches long. He had it quite a few years and it grew HUGE  one day he came home from work to find it in the middle of his lounge floor  he watched it that night as it climbed up the water heater, levied the top off the tank and hauled itself out!!! It died last year, Im still looking for something else unusual to get him. :)
