Been to church playgroup and grabbed a bit of shopping. Think we'll get the dog out for a trot whilst the temp's as warm as it'll get
There's something so much more christmassy about being in a church in the run up to Christmas. We might have to make the effort to get to their carol concert :)
They sound amazing. Thanks for sharing that info :)
How's Inca?
and how are you coping?
It's so worrying when you can't make everything better for them, isn't it?
Tellington touch may be helpful too

Do talk to your vet though. It is always useful to know what it is you are trying to combat
Another thing which may help... the first thing the rescue I fostered for did with any staffy they had in was to switch to a low protein diet. If you are feeding dried food, look for 18%. 24% is high
This usually results in a much calmer dog almost overnight
Hmm, I think that's going to be a difficult one to advise on over the internet
A good behaviourist is John Rogerson. He charges a one off fee, and is disapproving of those who charge repeated fees
Not all vets are good to ask behaviour advice from. Some can make the problem worse... but it may...
I wouldn't pay too much attention to breed identification by pounds or rescues. I've seen a full spaniel listed as a collie cross as it was black with a white chest, and some other interesting guesses too
She's a lovely looking dog :)
there was a very large batch of faulty chips fitted over a period of more than a year too
I really should remember to ask the vet to scan Brude next time
Trouble is, we're usually in there with something so worrying that his chip is the last thing on my mind!
Oo dear. I can imagine how much that would drive you crackers!
Can you give us a bit more detail?
How old is he and how long have you had him?
Which breed is he?
When did he start doing this?
Where does he sleep?
Ouch!
Poor Inca :( Give her a skritch from us Andrea
It's a shame it didn't go right first time, but if she's being referred on, she'll be in good hands (time for a 0% credit card? ;) )
Brude wasn't insured for his back injury... so I never had an engagement ring. He's soooo worth that...
The problem with first crosses is that you just don't know what you're getting. You just don't know which bits of mum and dad you'll get in the mix, and as poodles can be challenging beasts, you could be dropping yourself in at the deep end
Let's face it, the only reason most of these crosses...
