    Insurance

I rang and checked with M&S they will cover for racing, and lure coursing, as long as there is no prize money involved.

    William At The Vets

I have only just seen this, and relieved to see that William is hopefully on the mend. Accidents do happen, and I don't think you were careless, we just feel so responsible for the safety of our dogs. Looking at the pictures in your sig. he looks a lively soul, with a glint of mischief in his...

    Inflammatory Bowel Disease

Unfortunately I am aware of the problem with the food, and I don't particularly like these type of foods ( or companies), however at the moment it contains all the nutrients he needs, and hopefully enough calories. I think I'd struggle to provide him with all the necessary nutrients, and...

    Inflammatory Bowel Disease

He was being fed on a local shops own brand dry working dog food, fresh cooked meat from a farm shop, and pilchards prior to the IBD. The Hill's diet sounds absolutely foul doesn't it? Hopefully, once he's well enough we may be able to try him on a commercial dog food, the vet has suggested a...

    Inflammatory Bowel Disease

First I'd like to say that my vet is fabulous, and I trust her to guide me completely as she is a specialist in this area, and although I did mention food it's not my primary concern, although if he stays on this it will cost about £1700 a year to feed him. (w00t) I sympathise we whippetsrus...

    Inflammatory Bowel Disease

My lurcher who's about 2-3 yrs old has just been diagnosed with IBD, does anyone else's dog suffer from this? My vet is excellent, but I'm just trying to gather more information on how they tend to do, and what problems they tend to develop.

Looking For Agility Or Flyball Classes In S Yorks.

Wakefield Dog Training Club do both agility and flyball. I used to do flyball with my lurcher, and they're a really nice team. The club is £12 a year to join, then it was £2 a time for training. They have a website with phone numbers on, the club is in Ossett- 2 mins from the M1.

    Puppy Chewing,help

Clove oil tastes disgusting and is meant to be good in stopping them chewing. I have also heard of people stuffing kong chews with food to occupy them. I understand you don't want to crate her, but are they kept in one room when your out? One of mine howled when we went out, now all the dogs...
