The sire is a Whippet / Bedlington x Jack Russell dog. The pups therefore are predominantly Bedlington. The remainder being as follows - 1/4 Jack Russell, 18.75% Lakeland and 12.50% Whippet.

Oh dear, that's a disappointment. :( The fosterer clearly loves her though, so a good ending for Sophie. They'll be another Sophie out there, waiting just for you. :huggles:

Well, neither mum or dad, or grandparents, are smoooth coated... As for size, Rupert is 17'ish inches tall and Molly is around 14 inches I think, maybe a tad bigger.

I've got some Bedlington x pups for sale. Their sire is a whippet / bedlington x JR and their dam is 5/8th Beddie, 3/8th Lakeland. They are more terrier than lurcher but still have 1/8 whippet blood.

Poor little mite. I can't understand some people. :( He certainly landed on his feet though. I just love the photo of him climbing the tree. :D

What a lovely Beddie! Looks quite a lot like my Buffy. Do you know Rafferty's bloodlines? Buffy's sire was a Plashet dog. Unfortunately, we don't know her dam's lines - she was a stray but definately pure Beddie. They are an adorable breed :wub:

The pups are doing very well :) I think they are all going to be 'hairy', some more so than others. I will post some more pics soon. They are such characters. Molly, thankfully, is back to her old self too.
