FeeFee you took the words straight out of my pc......The warden or the RSPCA really do need to be notified about this......it`s a bit worrying if wounded, collarless dogs are roaming about, following people (especially in this weather) ...poor things.

People have been guilty of jumping to the wrong conclusion before on this forum recently...it could well be that someone is frantically looking for this baby..dog wardens are notorious for doing little more than dropping dogs off at the nearest kennels and taking their not unsubstantial cut for...
