Haven't been on here for a while but what a shock to see this. So sorry Chris & Ernie , it must have horrible for you. Whippet racing has lost another superb dog. We raced against him often as a veteran and had great respect for him. RIP Beau.
As I expect you all know, we're off to sunny Portugal in October. We wish the NPWRA committee and members all the best for the future. I'm proud to have been there from the start and to have set up the registration system for the NPWRA and will continue to keep an interest as breeding advisor...
We've been so busy lately that I'm only just catching up. The new ground is Nigel's old school! He's looking forward to a good look at it - particularly the bike sheds for some reason (w00t)
So sorry you have had to say goodbye to a special dog. We remember seeing him in his litter and thinking that he really stood out and how he shocked you by winning that supreme at his very first race and how proud we were of Fly's puppies.
Happy days they were!
Chase then bunnies and run free...
Hope Mouse is OK on Saturday and hopefully you will be able to make it after all.
It will be great to see Reg back Colin & Tina. See you there
Thats so sad. She did live a long and happy life though so she was one of the lucky ones.
Commiserations to Andrew, Julie, Leah & Emma. They will have many happy memories of her as will many others.
RIP Serena - go get the bunnies.
Sorry to hear about Mouse. He's too keen for his own good. Hope he recovers soon Barbara & Alan.
Good to hear Ray was well enough to be there. Hopefully Judy will soon be well enough to join him.
You lucky lot got the sunshine then. It was sort of cloudy all day here.
Here's another of Izzy.
Got to say this litter all have the cutest little faces
Izzy at 13 weeks now and loves to pose for pictures.
This is her favourite place in the garden chasing all the birds
So sorry to hear this Barbara. I know that you and Alan have been doing your best for him for a long time now. The continual re-infections as soon as he came off the antibiotics must have been so disheartening for you.
He was fast for a show-bred too and as you said - a very black sort of...
Congratulations. Hope they are all well and thriving, What colours, weights etc (all that necessary stuff we all want to know) and lets see some photo's please :D
