I met them when they came over to judge at the SYWC a few years ago , quite a memoral visit for them it was ;)

I'am back (w00t) (w00t)

Top show. Wont comment on the grounds, rings, or anything else or I will get into even more trouble o:)

Well done Agnes :* ........I think you dog should of beaten the bitch on the day or several other days to be more spot on.  & her exhibit too 8)

Even tho I did breed the Mother of the BIS winner.

Just got home will tell all later , BUT did meet Vanna. Nice girl  ....she told me so much about a little Peperone boy she could write a book.

To sum the week end up,

I have told 4 to get &($%@ed

3 that wont talk to me again, but I want that in writing. :- "

1 that wanted to scratch my eyes out. :b

& the only one to score was we mated our Dreamchamber girl while we were there :huggles: ( to a dog that also won a class in show)

Well I enjoyed myself & I reckon they did a pretty good job on the 'carpark'. All tizzed up with carpets 'n flags 'n flowers. I met Cartman & guess what, He really does look like Cartman!! On the other hand he now probably thinks I should call myself Elle (short for McPherson). He introduced me to Gajo which he pronounced Gay Joe & I met Vanna & Malin & Roshwen.

My stall was a great success, I sold some collars & leads to the judges & O/S guests as well as quite a few of my cards & drawings, so expect to get beaten in a ring near YOU in one of my leads!!!!! :- " :p

My biggest & best compliment was from ML the bitch judge who came back to me several times to say how much she loved the lead & collars she had bought & that people kept going up to her to ask to see in her handbag & then came back again the next day to tell me my work was EXQUISITE. I know you Poms are harsh critics so I reckon thats pretty cool.

Congrats Angus I picked your boy.

Linda

Well am now back to sunny Qld- was 26 degrees today and beautiful- still have the Melbourne flu though!! ;)

Congrats to all the winners- especially to mr and mrs Angus on their Dog CC and Res CC bitch. Thought that the judging was pretty good overall. Was good to catch up with a few K9ers and meet them in the flesh.

Thanks to Mr and mrs Angus for putting up with me for a week. Look forward to seeing your new doggy when it arrives- are you still calling him Mabo?

 Sorry. Hope it wasn't meant to be a secret- but a good move to keep good pigment in the lines.

Have to say that the Whippet Club of Vic performed an absolute miracle in transforming that Car Park.... I visited the venue the day before the Show and was mortified when I saw it.... could not imagine how one could turn it into anything that would resemble a facility for a Dog Show.... but they did it.... Huge Congrats to the Club and for their generous hospitality both at the Specialtry and the Royal...

:))

Oh.... and Angus I agree with Cartman... your Dog is fabulous.... so too the Bitch.... congratulations on a well deserved win. Kind of liked the Aus Bred Dog as well....

Oh dear.... Cartman.... one would have to say you are most likely a legend in your own lunchtime....

Chakrata - who's that gorgeous dog in your avatar?? :) And have you got a bigger piccie? :) And welcome to k9! :D

Well guys, I've finally made it home. It was wonderful to meet everybody - Lana, Cartman, Angus, Gajo, Kirislin, Malin, Ibiza - have I missed anybody out? Thanks for the compliment Cartman - the cheque's in the post and do I get any commission on the book about Angus?!!)

Gajo, was it you who spread the flu then? I was blaming Malin!! (Sorry Malin!)

Hi Vanna - it's great to hear that you've arrived home safely. It was excellent to meet you and see the pics of your lovely dogs - please give Gladly and the beautiful black girl a hug from me! It's a shame there wasn't more time (didn't it just seem to fly by!), I really enjoyed your company.

Here's Dino sporting his beautiful medal from the Specialty and me with his rosette from the Royal. We are happy campers. :D

That is one great looking Medal :) Sure will be a keepsake for ya!!

Oh yeah Well Done on Ya wins
