What do you mean an older lady? You're just a young thing like me :lol:Well done Nigel do hate to think of them struggling (w00t) and I would like to say what a great investment this camera is the future of whippet racing is very bright for us as an older lady I would rather look to the future than dwell in the past to much past not enough future (w00t) (w00t)
I did try that also Nigel, and got this error message.......Error 2048: couldn't open the file ne30lbs.mov because it is not a file that QuickTime understands. It did open with Firefox in safe mode though. It must be a setting somewhere that needs changing, but who knows where?!!! :wacko:If you cannot play it directly right click the second link June & save the file. You should save the .mov file to your PC & then play it from there using your QuickTime player or whatever player you use to view .mov files.I clicked the bit where you said to download from, but that just brings up an Explorer page with the blue Quicktime Q with a question mark in it?????? I have downloaded Quicktime, and have viewed your files with it before - so I'm foxed
Google 'Error 2048 quicktime' & there is a lot of information... seems to suggest you have a Windows registry problem  Not sure I believe that though... You could try a video player other than QuickTime - I suggest you load up VideoLAN - it will play just about anything.I did try that also Nigel, and got this error message.......Error 2048: couldn't open the file ne30lbs.mov because it is not a file that QuickTime understands. It did open with Firefox in safe mode though. It must be a setting somewhere that needs changing, but who knows where?!!!
I can assure you that I have lots of very good and happy memories of WCRA Championships that I will never ever forget. The NPWRA is a new organization now building its own very memorable days for people. Can you please stop thinking that comments made are against the WCRA because they are not, I was just making a comment about the wonder of technology and that’s a fact is it not? Berther it time for us all to move on in whatever direction we choose, There are many racers now that attending both Championships which is got to be a good thing is it not. As long as both parties put on a good show it can only be for the good of Pedigree Whippet racing. Anyway what did you think to the new camera as you forgot to mention it ????? :-I hate to say this but it wasn't the dark ages a couple of years ago. Please don't forget that. Not saying this to start a row, but just because it is so easy to forget, 40 years of the WCRA. I know it is the past, but the past is part of now and I hope the future.
