:( Just to say that I have a 6mth old Whippet Dog for sale, if any knows of anyone who wants one for a pet only.

Please pm me with contact details if you know of anyone who may be interested. A good loving home, either with children and other dogs is fine.

Home is much much more important than a fancy price.

I'm really sad to part with him.

Why do you have to rehome??? Were you the breeder and he came back to you?

Any pictures?

Aww - hope he finds the perfect home soon. :huggles:

I would love to see him too. :))

I can't promise anything as I'm no longer the key decision maker in this hunt (mum is), I'm desperate for "a whippet", while mum is desperate for the "right whippet" :D

Oooh, fingers crossed for you, Graham

Come on, Mummy Greyknight - this one might be the right one :p

Haven't had any reply from Jan yet, she must be away from her computer. Maybe she'll reply this evening.

bump to keep it in view for Jan

I have PM'd you I think, well at least I've replied to the one in my inbox yesterday. Sometimes I don't get on the board for days or weeks as I work away a lot and I refuse to have a lap top. So hopefully I have responded to the right one.

I didn't breed him but do feel that I have the same responsibilities as if I had. So wherever he goes, if it doesn't work out he'll come back to me, just the same as if I'd bred him.

Have asked hubby to take pics with daughters digital camera, all I'll have to do is try and download them to put on here, but it probably won't be till the weekend as I'm in Brum till Friday evening after today.

Nope, haven't received any PM or e-mail Jan, sorry...

Have PM'd you again Greyknight, so hopefully you will get this one. If not my mobile is 07952 573369.

Oooo this is like watching one of those 'will-they-won't-they' love movies ...our very own When Harry met Sally as it were!

.......He was just a 6 month old parti coloured whippie boy, down on his luck and looking for his forever home

Greyknight was a man on a mission - a Mission Adoptable (sorry, mixing my genres a bit here)

They had a lifetime of adventure ahead of them if the fates that kept them apart could be overcome

Please let this happen, the suspense is killing me :luck: :luck: :luck: :luck:

Well just so as not to keep you in suspense.

I'm afraid that having spoken to Jan about the pup I have decided that for reasons specific to our family and our previous whippets he would not be suitable for me or my family. I can't really be more specific in public though.

Thanks Jan and I hope he finds a good home!

Graham
