A Sad Day

so sorry :(

RIP IDGIE :huggles:

So sorry thinking of you at this sad time :(

Sleeptight IDGIE :huggles:

I lost my whippet lad in march to kidney failure :(

Thanks to all of you for your kind words of condolences. This particular death is hitting me very hard as I was her breeder and was the first one to hold her in my hands and the last one to hold her in my hands. I am sure that many of you on here can relate to this as breeders. It is so difficult to loose such a long time friend who has seen you through so much of your life. She was born in the states and when I came to live in the UK, she came here through France, where I would go over on holiday and pick her up to do some touring of that country. It was such a happy day when her 6 months quarantine was over and it felt that she would be with me in England forever. It is such a shame that these wonderful beings do not live as long as us.

Thanks to her co-owner for posting this as I was far too upset yesterday to even think about it.

RIP my lovely best friend. I will remember you and miss you forever.

I can only repeat our thanks for your kind comments. We all know that they have to leave us sometime but we are never prepared for it and it hits us hard when it happens.

So very sorry :( ,know just how it feels to lose a `special `baby .

Thats the only problem with our beloved pets , we outlive them
