I think I might have prints made from this painting. Perhaps smaller than the actual painting but something I could sell at galleries and maybe on ebay? Anybody think this is a good idea? Would you pay for a print even if it was somebody else's dog? I'm thinking of the £20-30 region rather than the hundreds :lol:

wow, me and my kids are so impressed with your work - I think any racing fan would love a copy of that - maybe limited signed edition? then they can tell their other halfs that its a collectors item, practically an investment :thumbsup:

I'd buy a good racing print .......esspecially if there was a good looking black in there ......I think that this is the key, a few different running prints of different coloured dogs as the only reason that I would personally buy this actual print would be the fact that I actually know this dog (since he was a pup) ........Were as I have brought some Vic Grangers because they remind me of one of mine (and some of them are Greyhounds (w00t) ).......£20 - £30 is very respectable

I think your talent will earn you loads Fiona........If you were to produce pictures of racers like that from photo shots at opens, you could rake it in hun!

At the Hill Sprint, there were folk queing all afternoon for a photo of their prize whip coming out of the slips, or tearing up the hill. God they were parting with the cash big time. I bet if you did small pastel sketches from photos, sooooooo may people would be interested. Scott could photograph up North, Lloyd down South, you could take orders and make a bomb you lot! I would love my baby in pastel on my wall!!!!!!
