despite the weather and the ground we had a great days racing for a very worth while trophy .the one that every member really wants to win as norman said a privilege to hold .well done norman  p.s just finished washing oliver took 20mins he must have been 5lbs heavier than his weigh in weight (w00t)

welldone everyone what a tribute :)

It would take more than a down pour to stop our northern friends racing

Great day's raceing today evan though we where sinking in the mud and all the rain it put down! (w00t) Well done to the all the finalists. A big well done to Norman with Maddy and to Nikki and John with Bella.

we run for this trophy every year in memory of a great lad who loved his whippet racing, thomas was a nice lad and a credit to his mum and dad but sadly died in a car accident three years ago. we run our dogs for this lovely trophy every year and we will never forget thomas, and it is one trophy we wish we never had to run for. anyway it was a good days racing in bad conditions but the dogs overcame the elements to produce some good races, well done maddie on her win and well done glittering prize for making it a great finish there must have been only a nose in it. also well done john and nikki with midnight rose winning the cons in another close race.
