Just the 2 pups remaining now of Kiah's magnificent 7 - our little girl (we are now keeping the girl with the 4 white socks) and one of the boys Kendal who we are keeping with us until he is 10 weeks.

Here are some pics of them taken earlier this afternoon:

Beautiful pictures

Looks like there is as much mayhem at

your place as there is here. My two girls

are having a second puppyhood :teehee:

What beautiful pictures..  Kendal looks like he is winking in that third picture... and your little girl is beautiful...

A lovely litter..

Wow your new settee matches your whippets. :teehee:

Gorgeous looking pups.....

:huggles:  Gorgeous puppies. :huggles: Their faces look so alike with matching blazes.

The pups are beautiful, and excellent photos! Glad to see it's not just my two who think the corners of cushions are tasty..

They are such an attractive litter

It's quite difficult to tell the two apart from the frontal shots,

they are so alike facially

Lovely pictures - so nice to have for the album

Here are another couple - any ideas for a name for our girl (pic 1 below and bottom right of pic 2) - we are struggling to find one we all agree on :- "

We are hoping she will become show quality as she has the attributes of a quality bitch at 8 weeks which is why we changed our minds and kept her. They have changed so much in the last week or two and deciding which one to keep has been a bit of a nightmare but we are happy we have chosen the right one now :)

Yes, I am so pleased that our settee matches the colour of the puppies and that I choose cushions that have such tempting tassles on each corner, begging to be chewed off.

They are just so lovely, good luck with them :luck:

She should have an iconic name, something like a star from the fifties or sixties - Sofia (Loren) , Ava (Gardner) Bette (Davis) Betty (Grable) Audrey (Hepburn) Tippi (Hedren)

Tippi seems quite cute and apparently means 'little girl' in some Swedish dialect...I'm so sad I just looked it up :- "

Did you say you were calling on little girl Ava? did I read that somewhere...

Yes we were going to call the little blue fawn girl Ava Jan but we had Roz Holland come over to see the pups (owner of the sire) and she thought the girl with the white legs had the most potential for showing (which is what we want to try) so we managed to have her instead (after some bartering with her prospective owner!).

Ava is still on the short list as is Saffron (Saffy for short) which we like too..

Thanks for that - I agree an iconic name would be fitting and Ava (Gardner) was one we originally chose - also Ella (Fitzgerald) is nice but I like your suggestion Tippi which is original and sound good for a dog.

Yep...those tassels won't last long. :- " My cushion tassels were torn off as a greeting present when i got home from work........

I just love the name Saffy too...Saffron thats lovely...but do like Ava too... :huggles:  thanks for the explanation, that must have been a difficult time...choosing between all those little faces.. :huggles:
