I've been dying to get out with the dogs and my camera all week to capture some autumn landscape scenes before all the leaves diappear off the trees. Of course, as soon as my days off come around, the weather turns all grey and there is no sun to light up the autumn colours :angry:

I took this landscape shot yesterday below whilst out in the Peaks with the boys (2nd photo), but was still cursing the weather, as it was a bit dull and dark. The funny thing was that when I got home there was a glorious sunset and it was lighting up the wooded hill behind the railway line we can see from our front garden. I managed to capture some gorgeous colours without going anywhere, even if there isn't much else of interest in the photo. :- "

Has anyone else managed to capture those beautiful autumn tree colours recently? I'd love to see your photos........

I love a autumn I like the golds and browns and deep bronzes of the leaves.

I really like these trees's across the road from us, i call them the traffic light trees because, in autumn there red, orange, and green.Every year i love looking at them untill there bear.

Thanks everyone. The leaves are dropping really quickly now aren't they....but it's my favourite time of year for colours. Definitely traffic light trees

Took a wee trip out to my local river this evening,just to get a few nice pix,before it's too late.Got wet a few time's,even to the waist.But i believe if you realy want summit,then go get it,no matter.As i know almost every stone in this part of the river ,so to speak.I got what i wanted.A few nice pix.
