hey p...

the father of them is a brother to Minster Rocket (Supreme Scratch Champion) out of Fleetwood Fox and Mick's Mystery!! (You can check the breeding on the database!) n he won the All Ireland Straight Racing Championship 3 years in a row over 500 yrds! n was nly ever beaten twice in his whole racin career!

The mother of the pups is our own greyhound bich who was puttin up some decent trail times until she snapped her tendon!! 28.30 in Derry..29.20 and 29.18 in Lifford.

There will be a couple for sale but only across the water!

well wots the point of keepin 6 pups to race the same dogs weeki in week out! plus... theres no point sellin wot cud b the fastest pup for it to come back and haunt me??

But wouldn't it make you work that little bit harder with a pup you keep :sweating: and selling them over here doesn't mean they wont come back to haunt you.John and Rose have proved how easy it is to get on a boat and come over here,and your Dad did it plenty of times :thumbsup: Prospective buyers over here could possibly want to race the rest of the litter to see if theres are the fastest.Infact lets hope some are sold over hear,then maybe English racers might make the effort and return the compliment that John and Rose have paid us on loads of occasions.Good luck with the pups Kirsty I hope there all champions Karen

Dad went over to av a go too,at Chatsworth ,4 years in a row.Tarn reached final first year and won supreme show champion,only reached semis on sunday as dad 4got food n ad to feed er on tinned dog food or somethin. It scouerd er big time .ER dad also reached semis as did er sister on same day. Second year Dad recons he was robbed in the final .On the sunday tarn was boken up all day and even had to b taken out of the championship show ring as she was being sick all over the place.Last year dad went over, Silver was perminently injured in final after he hit the bad dip in the ground while in front n then a big white dog hit him from behind and crippled him .His sister bonnie reached the final of unders but didnt race cause dad was over under a tree and thats where Bonnie ran to .Another sister won simulated one day and was beaten in the final the other. That was the very hot year cause i was there .not bad considerin all the travellin in 30 +% .Dad packed it in after that.He won All Ireland overs and unders the last time he had a go . So that left him winning ALL IRELAND unders 93,94,95,96,97,98 and both overs +unders 99.This is Kirstys sister,Guess what,he came back 4 afew shows last year and beat everything with a 6 year old Bitch called MEGAN,who hadnt raced for 4 years,she beat Miss Torri 3 times out of 4 and was in season the other time .Our other bitch TARA out of GRAYHAMS DREAM won the overs at the same shows beating MADDY ,All Ireland Champion for 3 years and CHATSWORTH CHAMPION....++ This years All Ireland Champion ,ELLY MAY...OH,by the way ,MISS TORRI beat our SEVEN year old MEGAN by 3 lengths in the final at John ,STORMYDOGS,show this year, not a bad effort for a wee pensioner . Wait till dad breeds of her,if we can talk him into it.....

to many excuses for me a lurchers main asset is stamina not speed you lot breed the whippet and greyhound so close it might as well be a greyhound then you come to lurcher shows and race em why not do the coarsing as well??? cause then you will not have anything to brag about are work em on the lamp the night before the show ?????? i tell you why the breeding cant do it try sussex long dogs coarse 500 metres at a time on sim ive not yet seen a good g h x whippet do well on the lamp are at sim on a big coarse

You've guessed it whippet/greyhounds.You see us whippet/greyhound owners haven't got a problem with simmo,but there is luck involved in winning.You can have a brilliant dog but if it doesn't make the gates you've lost.Us speed merchants like to narrow the odds of loosing.We just want to own the fastest dog I do hope you wont take this the wrong way :- " but your dog as something in common with our type of dog.It takes a thick dog to win the simmo or one that is lure crazy.A dog with brains is liable to cut the gate out to get to the lure quicker Karen
