As it was such a nice day I decided to take William Owen and Bandit to the park after work. All went well untill my phone rang and I took my eye of them

Don't know what happened but the next minute Bandit is on his back with Owen on top of him fighting. I separated them and Ben caught Bandit's collar while I grabbed Owen and put them all back on their leads.

Owen was fine but Bandit had a nasty looking cut on his leg we got home as quick as we could and cleaned Bandit up he had 3 puncture wounds on his left front leg one on the outside with a gash about an inch long and 2 on the inside .He went straight to the vets by the time we got there he had stopped the bleeding by licking it.

Pat (the vet) cleaned it up and said it wasn't as bad as it looked. he's had some gel put in it and it is dressed and bandaged with a bright blue bandage no stiches needed so he's now on metacam and antibiotics. I have to change the dressing in a couple of days

:huggles: to Bandit get well soon

 at Owen for being a bad lad

and o:) for William for being a good boy and coming back when I called him even though we'd not been at the park for long

It looks nowhere near as bad as it did but he is on metacam and antibiotics for a week
