I couldn't resist sharing these pics of my friend Vicki on her wedding day with her bridesmaid, our gorgeous girl Sophie. Vicki and her now husband are an English couple who house and dog sat for my parents after arriving in Australia. A great friendship developed, aided and abetted by a mutual love of the family dogs, and my parents loaned them their cottage to hold their wedding Saturday week ago. I think you can see the special bond between Sophie and Vicki - two very special girls :wub: :wub:

They are lovely photos.

When we got married, many moons ago :- " we didn't have any dogs as we lived in rented but the photographer brought his black lab with him & cos it was a blazing hot day he couldn't leave him in his car. He was very apologetic about bringing a dog to a wedding but it made my day & the dog had pride of place in a lot of the official photos. I think the rest of the family thought I was nuts even then, & over the years they have been proved so right :lol:
