vet has just rang with some results for blue...the urine sample is normal so no kidney, bladder infections, blood range is normal. The lab has diagnosed a degenative joint disease but my vet wants that double checked cos she is not happy with that result as blue is so young....she will let me know when more results come in...

arthritis dawn..but surely he would show signs wouldnt he? All he has is this raging temperature he gets...this time though he did recover really quickly, the next day he was fine.

Pleased the results were good - how old is Blue? (One of mine was diagnosed with Arthritus at only 4 - but this was via an x-ray)

Glad Blues samples were normal ......Lets hope your vet gets to the bottom of degenerative joint result :luck:

I'm glad that all the tests came back normal for Blue. I am no medical expert but I did study arthritis quite in depth whilst training to be a reflexologist and I do remember there is a type of arthritis kids can get that can cause fever, lethargy, swollen glands etc. and can mimic the signs of an infection. Not sure if animals can get the same types of arthritis as humans though. I hope you get to the bottom of it, good luck.

hi sarah, did you get anymore results in from the tests blue had???
