Good evening to all  I am commanded to advise you all that the forthcoming Bob Blatch Trophy will indeed be the LAST EAWCC open for this season :( . As you will know, our last 2 Opens have been phenomenal successes and we look forward to 26 Jan. 08. We do though need to concentrate on some club events.

The good news though is that there will be 5 club lure coursing trophy events and should any of you care to come along to trial or run a bye with us you will of course be very welcome. :p

Back to the Bob Blatch. Our judge for this event will be our good friend Colin Neville. The reason I mention this is because after this nationally renowned event, Colin will indeed be retiring. This will be his last event after which he hangs up his colours and parks his quad. :) I'm sure that all who have coursed with Colin will want to wish him well.

NEWS FLASH!!

The running of The Bob Blatch Trophy is to establish the top lure coursing KC registered whippet in the country.

As in previous Opens each competitor is assured of at least two runs as a Purse and Plate will be competed for.

The card is of course filling fast so, if you want the chance to see your whippet crowned the BEST IN THE COUNTRY, get your entry lodged and be in it to win it
